About Chickie
Chickie
is a seven-foot tall, bright yellow, shy but friendly chicken-- a little tall
for his age (equivalent to a seven-year-old boy). In many respects, Chickie
is disabled, because he can't speak or fly. This is often frustrating for
him, but he has a positive attitude. He uses a bicycle horn to communicate
to the others, who seem to understand and readily interpret his meaning. Chickie
loves music and has frequent thoughts of grand adventures, even though he
is seldom able to act on them. He is learning and sharing daily lessons about
self-confidence.
